Passport Program

What is Passport Program?

The Passport Program is a program in Ontario funded by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services (MCCSS) that helps individuals of the age of 18 and over with developmental disability to be able to live as independently as possible. The program provides the funding by allowing the individuals to obtain services and supports for individual living, community participation, and daily living support.

Passport funding provides $5,500.00 a year.
